Quartely (Oct'12 - Dec'12) results is only expected to be announced between 2nd to 4th week in Feb'13.The last quarter announcement made on 17 Oct 2012 was a special announcement made to faclitate the upliftment of PN17 status.

Relax guys.Speculation is rife that THHE is tipped to bag a risk service contract (RSC) for a local marginal oilfield.This could be a share price catalyst if this materialised.It is said that THHE is in talks with an international oil firm to form a partnership to bid for RSCs.market talks that it this IOC might be Murphy.

Risk Service Contracts in Malaysia. 1st Contract, Balai Cluster awarde to ROC Oil,Dialog aqnd Petronas Carigali. 2nd RSC contract for Berantai Field awarded to Kencana Petroleum,Sapura Crest and Petrofac Energy (later Kencan & Sapura has merged).3rd RSC awarded to Coastal energy and Petra Energy for Kapal,Banang and Meranti fields.There are many marginal fields to be awarded as RSCa and as such, will TH,McDermott and Murphy form an alliance to participate?????????

JV with Murphy Oil to participate in marginal field developments.Risk Service Contract (RSC).SK Petro and Dialog have already have such deals and now it is TH Heavy.This is a very positive news to Th Heavy.

Financial year end is 31 Dec, so announcement to bursa is required by end Feb 13

There are many marginal fields to be developed by Petronas. For such fields the platforms to be fabricated ie.jackets and wellhead platforms are normally small and will cost a few hundred millions. Fabricators such as THH, Brooke Dockyard are normally preferred for such jobs, as both MHB (MMHE) and Sapura Kencana are earmarked for bigger platforms.As an example Gemusut and FPSO platform was given to MHB and they might be securing the Malikai project soon.With the upliftment of PN17, THH is now in a better position to secure these smaller jobs, as Petronas has a policy to share all jobs with all the fabricators.

Ramunia they are confident if getting the upliftment but they too not sure ofvthe timing.

I am in the oil&gas industry for the last 25years and do know a bit about o&g industry.THH is strongly trying to make its presence felt.it has got a very experienced Head of operations,and Head of finance .both just joined and are ex Sime Darby Engineering staff.knowing them personally I am sure the current team will bring THH To greater heights.
