For the last 14 trading days since 20 Aug,only 4 days it closed green and remaining 10days it was in the red.I dont think this RED will continue for long. SPA executed and I believe acquisition of the Buzachi Neft will be fast tracked and completed by Oct'14

Anyway some PEssimist Pests might laugh forgetting that the RM0.40 sen price as indicative is a sure good sign that the price will be pushed higher to fetch a good price for the RI. If we feel we do not want to subscribe for the RI than we just sell and make our money. ha ha ha ha ha some pessimist wants we optimist to lose money but that will not happen hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Rights Issue - Key point to be noted by all. RM0.40 sen is only an indicative price.The FINAL ISSUE PRICE shall be determined by the Board at a later date. (Many of us missed on this point)

Last night posting.Interesting movement during last Rights issue in May 2013.

Last RI was announced on 30 May 2013. Closing Price on this day=19sen
31.May.2013 price slightly higher and closed at 19.5sen.
June'13 not much change.Range trading at average of 20sen
July'13 traded between 20 sen to 36.5sen
Aug'13 traded between 38.5sen to 79sen (almost 300% jump)
Sept'13 traded at average price of 60 sen
17 Oct'13 - Ex date traded between 50 sen to 60 sen and on 17.10.2013 closed at 32.5sen.
21 Oct 2013 entitlement date closed at 33sen.
Nov'13 went high up to 52 sen
Dec'13 to May 14 range trading between 28 sen to 30 sen

From the above analysis, I dont think there is going to be a big drop tomorrow. Price might spike in Oct'14 & Nov'14 before settling at a diluted value at the Ex Date and Entitlement Date.

Ex Price Per Share =46.3 sen. Rights Offered at 1 share for 2 Existing shares at 40 sen. Therefore, Existibg Share (2 lots)-92.3sen. Rights=40 sen. Total 132.3 sen for 3 shares (2 Existing share and one Rights). So 132.20 sen divide by 3=44.10 sen. So logically even in a worst case situation, the share price should not drop below 44.1sen.
