I queue 400,000 units to sell @ 0.335 to scare people first, i will cancel the order before 2.30pm. Dont tell i never inform u all.

The aunty who selling nasi lemak, average can sell1000 pax to 500 customers per day, selling price is RM1.50 per pax. However, it was raining heavily last 2 days, no many people want to buy, so that the aunty just selling at a discount RM1 to 200 customers. RM1 cannot represent the value of Nasi lemak as this was transacted by a small group. Nasi lemak will still selling at RM1.50 or above when raining day is over.

Lele, i agree with you the dividend is extremely low, however i just take it as a bonus, better than company which not paying any dividend at all. For me, TAGB is not a dividend play company, low dividend is acceptable & understandable. TAGB is the young company need to grow, it is assets play company. I think investor should not determine particular company whether it is a good or bad counter based on dividend strategy. Same, we should not use TAGB compared high dividend stocks like Nestle which is matured.

PE ratio @ single digit. Buy before it is over. TAGB is having mega sales now. Buy and hold it, get the dividend from TAGB as well.

Lele, yes...it is true...they need time to evaluate. The party who open high price may not necessary good for company as there are certain T&C there.

Please share us on its continuously sustainablity and long term strategic plan. How long would the existing land bank last?

The existing 750 acres land bank will last us at least 15-20 years.

Currently we have two approved master plan developments which will sustain our development activities for at least 7 to 15 years.
- Damansara Avenue 42 acres master plan - 10 to 15 years
- Little bay cove 33 acres master plan - 6 to 7 years

Tony Tiah mention 2 times this morning. "We are still making money until now", he hints you all already. This coming quarter will definitely generate profit as well.

Datin added on, one of the listed company incurred losses, but still received RM5million( forgot actual numbers) for the remuneration.

Peter U said that the remuneration RM17million for Tony Tiah is considered fair as when the time u sleep, Tony Tiah need to do the trading in different markets. It is just a 10% of the total profits. As long as he help shareholders to get more profits, we dont mind to give him 10% of the profits.

Chang24, actually TAGB want to dispose it because want to lower down the gearing. This 8 bids, with different price and T&C. They said that the buyer bid the highest price may not in flavor to company, so that they need to evaluate it carefully.

Based on annual report, board of director said that Trump Hotel in vancouver will not show a significant profits to the group at this point of time due to it was just opened early of this year. You need to wait 3 years, hope that the occupancy rate stand at above 90%.

Pitbull, TA Global is not a net cash company, but TA Global emphasized on recurring income, you need to trust management team.
