Many of you may forgot what was happened this counter 1 year ago...VIS as well...remember? One of my friend is one of the victims of the remisier..He told me everything.I will not comment too much, but i just give some advise that avoid this counter...please online search what was happened on the share price one year ago.....

2. When US increase interest? Uncertainty
3. USA market increase, Malaysia do not follow...USA market drop, Malaysia follow drop
4. Bull is running for many years, higher possibility bear is around the corner.

6. What TA management said, always cannot believe...For example, Damansara Avenue, 10 years Master plan? Ask yourself, how many years already...I have been waiting for 4 years...where is another projects in damansara Avenue? Ativo SOFO have been advertising since 2 years ago, is there any news? For TA3&4, i have been waiting for many years, and said that will launch end of last year, is there any news again? U may read the last few years annual report, said that will launch new project in Dutamas & other local projects before 2015...so how? All never happened..Dont simply say before really want to do it.

I dont have too much of cash, that why always need to standby some cash..With current price, PE is still high compared 2 years ago, sell before it is too late...low can be go lower as the results for this year might disappointed for all TA investors.

I have a confident on TA, although TA give a lot of investors lost the patient. There is the rumour that Phillip capital will buy Jupiter securities at least (P/BV)1.5 4 days ago...As long as TA not yet sell the TA securities, there is always a good catalyst to invest in TA.

TA securities is one of the greatest assets for TA, that why i compared to Kenanga. You can't compared TA with shangri La as well, Shangri La do not operate securities biz. It is depand on how you value TA.

Kenanga still continue to surge...TA need to show the earnings before can convince market.

I just passed by klcc area this afternoon. It is confirmed that the car park turn into construction area. Understand that the TA enterprise not officially announce that when the TA3&4 is going to launch, i believe that TA boss will announce the project in the upcoming AGM, hopefully this time will not postpone again.
