pop8872, if u go to bursamalaysia website, TA Global announces the progress of property update in Vancouver today, usually they will publish with the Quarterly report together if they made such announcement, I have no idea why the result is not release together this time. I think the chances will be higher by tomorrow.

Definitely will have a dividend payout...company dividend policy is 40% to 60% of the group profit.

Ativo plaza will start to contribute the recurring income for TA group 1Q14 onwards. TA is doing a good job based on the 9months financial report, but it will be more excited next year.

Ricky, i do not have target price, but i think RM1 is a bit conservative.

I have attended the TA AGM since 2011, 3 times already. I am very confident on the company future biz. I believe a lot of investors may not really confident to invest in TA because most of the brokerage house like RHB, Maybank, CIMB, Kenanga and etc didnt cover the research. If you would like to double or triple up your investment, you should not focus on the big company that covered by all the fund house. You can, but the possibilities will be low. Why other fund houses not really want to do a research about TA, it is common sense, because you do not want your competitor outperform than you!

I strongly believe TA bull run still have legs. Short term investors may consider to hold it till the AGM held if you have a holding power.

I just came back from Dfong cafe, ativo plaza. The food and environment not bad, and very happening in that area, it will contribute alot of recurring income to TA since many shops have opened in the ground floor.
