For warrants A, u have to the registrar, Tricor Investor services sdn bhd RM10.00+GST 0.60 n for. Warrants B RM20.00+GST 1.20 n off course plus ur conversion amounts. The above cost is per transaction.

Get the exercising forms from ur dealers n they'll teach u how to complete them.

vinvin It's a good company, profitable n also paying dividend, although small but still safe to hold for long term n until such time when they have made more income then the dividend will also increase. For me, I'll hold for long term but it all depends on each individual.

LeiJun, from now onwards, I think the warrants prices plus 0.15 will always be lower than the mother shares as the expiry dates r drawing nearer n nearer. The trouble is v will have to do some work only to exercise the warrants like buying drafts, photostatting n posting (better by registered post).

For warrant A v will have to pay the registrar's charges of RM10.00 + GST 0.60 n warrant B RM20.00 + GST 1.20

LeiJun, I had submitted my applications on 25/11/15 n I'll follow up tomorrow to see whether the registrar has already received my registered mail then only I'll know.

They r willing to give such a good dividend becos they know that this company will blossom up very fast with good sales contacts in China where the population can easily consume all its products especially herbals.

If that's the case Annetan, I think it's a good dividend payment!!!
