If mother share goes up to 24 sen n WA is only 12 sen then it is worth while to buy WA n add 10 sen to convert it into mother share costing only 22 sen giving us a gain of 2 sen. Am I right?

Gkheng, the original shares I bought until now still remain unchanged, no bonuses or splitting but of course the dividend is getting better n better just like soosuan said better than bank FD.

The ithing is that v don't know which direction they r going to pursue as major shareholders r slowly withdrawing.

I wonder whether CPE has also sold all its shares in Patimas just like Dato Azim as one of the appointed director, Hew Tze Kok has resigned for reason 'No longer required by major shareholders to be their representative in the company'. U can read the announcement dated 31/05/2013. Sorry if I'm wrong.

I think Dato Azim is still the director of Patimas as there is no announcement that he has left the company. Do anyone got any information to the contrary. Sorry if I'm wrong.

I've not read any bad news regarding Octagon. I last v knew is rearding the agreement signed between the parties concerned on how to revive the company. The Agreement is for the period of 60 days. Am I right? If not please enlighten me further. Tq

From what I gather, today announcement is regarding the MOU dated 17/01/2013 n 19/02/2013 between the company n a limited company (Party A) in Tanzania on Projects there. U can read in details from the MOU dated 17/01/2013 in Patimas's announcement column.
