Tq kcchongnz for ur concern. For what I see a 204 millions company which has been making profit n has accumulated a positive balance (profit) of about 131 millions looks good enough.

DRP is good for the company as it can accumulate capital for future expansion.

Financial year ended 31/12/2012 the group made more than 32 millions profit. Am I right?

The right issue price is 0.20 n is not attractive if the mother share is below 0.20. Have the major holders give any assurance that they will take up all the right shares allotted to them?

Datuk Nur Jazlan does not own any shares in this company n has not done anything yet. The company can appoint new professional to take his place. Datuk has to resign in order to contest in the state election n maybe for the post of MB if he won. Wish him all the best.

Some big sharks r trying to manipulate this counter. They will place (buy) @ 0.035 in big volumns n at around 8.45 am, they suddenly withdrawn to create a panic selling. Anybody agreed with me? No positive or negative news so far.

All of us are only presuming n there r no actual facts. Why think negatively? Start thinking positively n hope for the best.

From what I know a delisted company can also give dividend to shareholders if it makes profit.

I agreed with Tim Yong that price of 1c to 4c do not matter as long as the company can survive. Hope that the Datuk group will come out soon with good plans. They too do not wish to loose money as they had bought at a higher price than the above.

I don't think CPE r so stupid to sell when the price is low. In the first place they must have confidence when they joined datuk A group. I agree with bendanwakaka regarding CPE. The case of datuk A is an old story n why worry now? Datuk A is only one of the directors n there are many other directors around.

All of us have to be patience . If Datuk A n Datuk J surface with good plans Pity Mas will become Plenty Mas.
