Yesterday strong entry by big players with AVG 0.404, 68% buy, total transaction RM 29 million big % trading at price range 0.40-0.42. Support lvl at 0.40.

THHEAVY have strength.. can see from its RSI.. the buying pressure is strong. THHEAVY price get hit 1st on the proposal of rights & bonus issues on 7/10/14.

Its price plunged deep down 0.825 till 0.725 and continue to drop continuously for few days till hit 0.53 and then only the big players support came in on 15/10/14 and push up back till 0.645 on 31/10/14. Price then drop till the range of 0.53 - 0.47 - 13/11/14. Next drop is till 0.42 -0.40 - 1/12/14.

The big drop most likely coz of its warrant expiry and to avoid warrant conversion beside many -ve newsplay came out suddenly and world oil price also big drop. Panic sell and big players also exit fast.

Now with things more stabilize and oil price rebound, big players re-enter back with a big bang.
From technical chart, its very bullish uptrend and today seems 2 be the 1st day/start of price rally after the hold back on 4/2/14.

Above r just my own personal view for sharing.

If chk today vol.. its even 1.5X higher vol than 15 Oct 14 where price traded around 0.61-0.53 but rally up following days to 0.645 become consolidate lower and plunge with big vol at 10 & 13 Nov14 at price 0.53 - 0.47.

I played on vol.. noticed the big player movement last week around 0.34 and join in after see the buying vol n strength is turning +ve.

Current buying vol and strength very strong. Today transaction value RM13.8million+!
Its already break Jan 22 high vol trading. Strong indicator the big players want to push up the price. Price should be moving towards 0.43 - 0.45 and if break will go towards 0.50+/- lvl if the big players can support well n continue their buying power.

TGOFFS already broke 0.55 and now its 0.56. THHEAVY will follow soon.

NoPainNoGain: News have +ve & also -ve updates but more +ve news to company bcozthe purchased of new property assets & Gastec is not overvalue and currently already have good current market price appreciation. The RTO deal have some conflict of interest with the 3 directors but its only will impact future price or lost the chance to secure the deal earlier , since the RTO cancel, TGOFFS valuation still as per previous financial report.

KUALA LUMPUR, JANUARY 28, 2015: Three company officials have been suspended pending further inquiry at Tanjung Offshore Bhd, on the recommendation of an Independent Committee following an internal review.


The company today announced that Tan Sri Tan Kean Soon and Muhammad Sabri bin Ab Ghani have been suspended from their executive functions and roles with immediate effect, but remain as directors of the company. Non-Independent Director Tan is a paid advisor of Tanjung , while Sabri is Executive Director.


Dato Harzani bin Azmi’s services as a paid advisor to the company has also been suspended with immediate effect, it said. His earlier nomination to the Board of Directors shall not be considered, it added.


The company will hold further investigations into the findings of the Independent Committee, which included several instances of possible conflict of interest and breach of fiduciary duty by Tan and Sabri, both individually and together, and possible breaches of procedure and limits of authority by Harzani among other matters.



The Independent Committee was formed on 8 January 2015 by the Board to conduct an internal review following speculative media articles and purported complaints to the authorities against the company. The Committee presented its findings and recommendations to the Board today, which was accepted by a majority of Board.



“The possible conflicts of interest and breaches of fiduciary duty may have resulted in, among others, loss of business opportunity and potential income stream related to the Bourbon deal,” said Tanjung. A proposed asset injection by Bourbon Offshore Asia Pacific Ltd was mutually terminated in December 2014, following changes in the prevailing economic, financial and market conditions including declining oil prices.



These possible conflicts and breaches may also have resulted in disadvantageous and lopsided terms for a contract under negotiation, and potential future loss related to a Construction Work Request (CWR) project worth about RM250 million.



These possible conflicts and breaches also may have been the cause for the dissemination of confidential company information to third parties related to both the Bourbon deal and the CWR project. These could also be potentially jeopardising the company’s relationship with CNPC Offshore Engineering Co, (CPOE) in China in on-going negotiations for a drilling contract in Malaysia.



Meanwhile, the Independent Committee found the treatment of Tanjung’s acquisition of its property in Birmingham, UK, was proper and had complied with Bursa Malaysia’s listing rules.



It also found that the company’s acquisition of the remaining 49 percent in Gas Generators (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (Gastec) was proper, fair and reasonable. This followed a valuation by an independent external auditor engaged by the Independent Committee, which placed the historical enterprise value at the time of acquisition at between RM66.42 million to RM71.24 million.




The Board will seek legal advice on its next course of action, and will make the appropriate reports to the authorities wherever necessary, Tanjung said. An announcement to Bursa Malaysia is pending.

Tabung Haji /big shareholders buy when price is low also goreng? If stock price is below its fair value, sure will have big players buy up.. not need contract or anticipate contract.

Price usually goes up before any new contract announce/secured, no contract if have +ve upcoming newsplay also can make price to move up. Big shareholder/big players usually buy in advance/accumulate more. Stock price movement more on market sentiments, newsplay & big players/shareholders buy/sell in high vol transaction. If u think stock price cant go up without contract only then something also must be wrong with u lah.

Can trace back TGOFF historical price after sold off their OSV business,, not much new contract but newsplays and acquired/JV new subsidiary biz still makes TGOFFS price move up.
New IC valuation of company cash, assets & biz financial will give clearer picture of latest company biz fundamentals & share price fair value.

Why u no ask how can price rebound from 0.29 till 0.455 recently? Got contract?

Selling absorb well by buyers 2day, players are buying back their shares.

Price have to look good to reflect +ve biz direction and also clear off the -ve newsplay.

Usually buy in stages when price up/down...
Sell in stages also when price up... if want to sell when reach cut lost price own decide.
Buy/sell all one shot unless market is very bullish/bearish and short term play...

Yesterday was T+4 for 15/1/15, today is T+4 for 16/1/15, tomorrow is T+4 for 19/1/15. Those date 15, 16, &19 recorded high trading vol and price up, so when its T+4 for each of the date, buyer will wait for those weak holder with no money to pick up to sell at lower price. If vol are low, it means more previous buyer are holding /pick up the shares from those 3 earlier trading days and only few sellers r selling at lower price to exit.

Today vol traded only abt 1/9 of the last 3 trading days total vol traded.
Total sellers are much lesser than total buyers that still holding/pick up their shares for total 4 days of trading.

T+4, last day to pick up or sell if no money 2 hold.
