Pro: potential huge price gap up!

Pro: moderate price gap if market is good.

c) current stock price already priced per future value ( 1~3 years forward looking PE).
Con: limit down!

Usually this group is rumour trader or fire chaser, win few pebbles but loss a boulder. To winbig, it is how "low price" you enter a fundamental/potential stock and keep it for 3 to 5 or even 10 years.

Before you decide a long term investment plan for a stock, we also must do homework on CEO, team of BOD profiles, if integrity, trustworthy and fairness hold water. If these values are not hold water, u better run fast fast! even company make $$$$ but forever not into bilis investors pocket! In simply, they made $ for them-self but we eat grass!!
