Be careful trading and holding loss making 'fake' business penny stocks.
Directors not interested and not capable to generate profits from business.
Directors go for fast easy fund raising via shares issuance to PP, ESOS and RI. Can get much more money than any business operations.

Probably the controller will bring it down to 0.10 or lower
And start raising fund via shares issuance to selected lucky PP investors and ESOS including directors
With lower penny price, the controller can easily fry the shares to make more profits for all the lucky parties
Current NOSH = 267,581,000 very light
Can issue another 1 -2 BILLION shares

Not many retail investors and shareholders might subscribe for the rights issue as current stock price is more or less same as rights issue price (0.035)
Watch out for other penny stocks directors who will come in to subscribe under the excess applications to support the success of the fund raising exercise
