Monitor whether the directors will propose more fund raising exercises by issuing more shares to ESOS, PP, RI or to acquire assets.
One easy way for directors to increase company fund is via shares issuance, beside the hard way from business profit.
Based on similar modus operandi by other penny stocks, it will most likely happen within 6 - 9 months.
Just browse through the list of cheap penny stocks will tell you that the NOSH will exceed 1 BILLION again in very near future.

Should be aware operators have large supply of shares and very likely they are doing unregulated short selling to push down the price to force weak holders to dispose their shares back to them for a profit.
