ok, so far the style for Kenanga report = got earnings visibility then give higher target price + higher PE justified, else stay at 12X PE.... MIDF report = higher target price based on estimated FY19 EPS...

He gave a hint. Previous quarter is 14% pretax, coming quarter will be better... And by next year all quarters will be even better after contribution from new plant.

actually not worried about EG's revenue for the coming QR release, just only concern the profit margin... recently most of the plastic injection molding guys are not having good margins... coz ringgit strengthens and raw material price goes up, so not sure how that affects EG to a certain extend...

as a business entity in USA, Supermax business gets taxed alot.. a combined federal and state tax would amount to 39%. The trump tax reform will help the small business companies.. especially 20% corporate tax rate, will be so much helping. They get RM500mil per year from US revenue, if a 10% savings on tax will easily bump up the profit to an extra RM50mil per year, which is 50% more than RM100mil currently earned...

From the annual report, sales to Asia increases from 160m previously to 280m, so there's extra 80m sales. These sales should be from contact lens. Very unlikely is gloves... coz they have not got the capacity to support this part of the region. We know that from Dato seri is 40m per year capacity for first phase so wild guess would be 40m lens selling @ 80m revenue. full capacity @ 70m should be almost double at 160m... My earlier estimation is about RM200m per year, depending on the mix of daily lens, weekly and monthly. Plus they will have toric, that will add in to the mix with higher margin. Of course, we don't know what is the margin now. but i think if it has gone into full production, and spend less on marketing, RM80m per year net profit is achievable... @ 40% of RM200m revenue...
