so u think private placement should be higher than current price? how much? 0.4? 0.5c? who lar want to take the placement if higher than market price? the private placement was proposed on 25th march, that time Mpay 0.265 only. private placement are for 3rd party investors who want be shareholders and part of the company, not dump all their shares for quick profit like ikan bilis like us. i think its good u dump all today since u r so scared the investors will dump for quick profit above 0.23...

Not con lar, just didnt mention the takers only..maybe will only announce on a later date.
