my 3 years dividend statement is base on the financial summary published in this website.

just want to say that divident is not compulsory.

if you look back the history, divident was given for 3years, then stop 3 years, then give another 3 years, even though the company is making money.
so this year not to surprise if it didn't declare any dividend

dividend will only announce after everyone tired waiting & give up, that time share price drop below 17 cents.

if the EPS is 1.83cents, dividen is 2.4cents, does it mean the EPS is actually 1.83 + 2.4 ?
or the dividen paid up is more than it's earning ?
