seems sensible, but u hav to factor in in real life no pinjaman is interest free... so provided that income cash flow is higher than interest paid and dividend given, ptrans should be ok..?

but for their terminal business segment, revenue is increasing covering for the drop of revenue in fuel and bus operations. As they collect more rent from advertisements and shop lots in the new terminal in the future, might see good growth. Plus, bus and petrol will be back to normal soon. Transportation is a neccessity.

personally think that market is just being too fearful to enter oil & gas industry... serbadk although suffering impact from the decrease of oil price, is mainly into turnkey projects and maintenance services, plus their HUGE orderbook right now, the next few years should still be going well as long as their quality is still there...
that said, being fairly new, I also dun dare too lots to my current portfolio lol
