why is WCT so cheap vis-a-vis other construction stocks?

Sendai is cheap... but WCT is cheaper (PE, NAB...) :P. I do wonder why!

@tshwong - what is truly baffling is that EPF has been doing just that!! does anybody know why they are doing this? I am really in the dark here... do they (EPF) feel a compulsion to re-balance their portfolios come new year? or do they have some obligations they have to meet by selling shares?

yes, i agree. Sendai is deeply undervalued for an internationally competitive company, but the question is when will investors finally recognise its true value? Maybe the free float is just too low to attract significant investor interest to 'play' this counter
