Not necessary. DBE has been up for sale 6 months ago and no taker and CIH want to get it cheap. Do you think the major shareholders (OSK) want to sell it cheap. Becareful for UNVERFIED FACTS as newspapers and published articles shall bring you to HOLLAND.
