大股东不能持有超过75%股权，这是上市条例所规定的。I see.How about combine the whole family holding ?

大股东总是把自己的利益摆在第一位的公司的股票，买不得。
看错了人，是你没有带眼识人。除了退股之外，你根本不能做什么。
因为你根本奈何不了一手遮天的大股东。
So, how could we find out the real picture ?From financial report ?
