lol too long la.. let me make it easier,

SKPRES-wa now sell at RM 0.08 ,
SKPRES shares now sell at RM 0.35,
the exercise price for skpres-wa is RM 0.45

if skpres-wa holder buy the WA at RM 0.08 , the cost for them to convert the wa into shares is = RM 0.45 + RM 0.08 = RM 0.53

RM 0.53 (wa + exercise price) - RM 0.35 (current shares price) = RM 0.18

RM 0.18 / RM 0.35 = 51% premium

why would you wanna buy the warrant now?

if you buy skpres-wa at RM 0.08 , and skpres shares price do not go up above RM 0.53 before the warrant expire date, your warrant is basically WORTHLESS.

of course, there is always a dumber ppl buy from you, maybe some fool like junglenut-jerry will use RM 0.085 - RM 0.09 to buy from you.

hence- dumb(you) and dumber( junglenut-jerry)

even if the skpres-wa sell at RM 0.005 , it is still 30% premium.

it will be smart if you just buy the mother shares at RM 0.35, just saying.

Hello Sifu,

Premium % = ((Warrant price + exercise price)/Mother share price - 1)*100%.

Your formula is wrong. Thank you.

((Warrant price + exercise price)/Mother share price - 1)*100%.

(RM 0.08 + RM 0.45) / (RM 0.35 - 1 ) = Rm 0.53 / RM -0.65 =??

who is the joke now?

aiyah, both of you calculated the premium correctly lah. Why quarrel?

fat cat, watch out for your order of math operation; ie bracket, multiplication/division, then add/subtract.
