Perak Corp Was Above Average Company Selling at Rock Bottom Price at only 40 cents to 60 cents with NTA in year 2006. That was then. When it was unpopular & unwanted.

Now it's a little too late to chase it after price has surged 600%.

To make money you must be able to identify it when NOBODY Notice it yet. As of now So Many Experts already took notice of Perak Corp. Therefore it is just average now

Try these

Mulpha at 39 cents with NTA of RM1.35. If NTA is revised it should be RM4.00

So Mulpha is selling at over 90% Discount to Revised NTA.

Is Mulpha another Perak Corp in the making?

Note:

In year 2006 Perak Corp's NTA was over RM3.00. Mulpha's Revised NTA is RM4.00. Mulpha is more undervalue than Perak Corp now compared to Perak Corp in year 2006.
