Maybe court battle is the only way, Petronas must opt for this route as it will delay the take over as long as possible in the order to minimise the impact.

Anwar need to intervene and stop the take over let the matter settle in court. If Anwar simply let god decide, then PH will lose badly in the next election, they are simply incompetent. Malaysia is on a slippery slope going down hill ever since PH tried to take over Putrajaya. The public thought good times will come but greeted with chaos and calamity one after another. What happened to Malaysia for the past decade is simply not worth it.

Anwar dont have the upperhand, without the votes from Sarawak, PH will collapse. So, end of the day, Sarawak gets what Sarawak wants. Is it Anwar's fault? Can't blame him, he doesn't have the numbers.

PH government still busy splitting hairs over subsidies while oblivion about the backyard already catches fire.

Subsidies gains is peanut while losing tens of billions in future budget. Man, these PH stooges need to go back to school and learn to do maths again.

COMMENTARY ON PROSPECTS

The results of the Group’s operations are primarily influenced by global economic conditions, petrochemical
products prices which have a high correlation to crude oil price, particularly for the Olefins and Derivatives segment, utilisation rate of our production facilities and foreign exchange rate movements.

The utilisation of our production facilities is dependent on plant maintenance activities and sufficient availability of
feedstock as well as utilities supply. The Group will continue with its operational excellence programme and supplier relationship management to sustain plant utilisation level at above industry benchmark.

The Group anticipates product prices for Olefins and Derivatives to be soft amidst weak downstream demand and
returning supply from regional turnaround. Fertiliser product prices are forecasted to be firm with increased
agricultural activities upon improving weather, while ample supply continues to weigh down on methanol prices.

The Specialties segment is expected to see limited recovery as the global market conditions remain uncertain with
ongoing geopolitical tension and continued slow recovery in market demand.

https://www.nst.com.my/news/nation/2024/11/1133203/heirs-now-free-lease-sabah-china-philippines-says-lawyer

Malaysia government should be in the offensive in order to counter Sulu heir for the committing the Sabah invasion of lahad datu, seek damages for USD 1 trillion.

Malaysia should seek UN to label the Sulu heirs as terrorists organizations. Sulu terrorists invasion of Sabah should automatically remove Sulu rights on the lease agreement.

Malaysia should also seek international sanction on Philippines over their acts to provide safe haven to Sulu terrorists and also the scamming cartels and illegal online gaming operating in Philippines.

I've seen this kind of drop before, when a stock drops with no bad news available, it usually means insiders knows something we dont, and it will continue to drop till it stabilize (they finish selling), when? nobody knows, maybe today, maybe tomorrow, maybe next week.

Today PCHEM breached both support level :
Support 1 at RM 4.74
Support 2 at RM 4.63

Anyway, Mabel starts to re-enter PCHEM after it breaches both support level at RM 4.53 conservatively as the QR is expected to be announced on the 28th November.

With PCHEM EPS of MYR 0.25 (as per the latest data) and the PE ratio of 19.02:

PCHEM Fair Value Price = 0.25 ×19.02 = RM 4.76

This means that Mabel has collected at a good price given today’s closing prices is MYR 4.55 which is slightly under the above fair value...

Hope for the best!
