在中国,是起楼快,所以鬼城到处见。
相信这里也是,看看晚上的Mont Kiara, 有多少公寓是有灯的?没有一半是亮的。
再去看看Sri Damansara low cost flat, 差不多全亮的。

是咯,国人要的是proton,而发展商推出的是Benz,而且这些Benz已经被预定了,但是主人不是拿来自驾,而是把价钱炒高卖给只能负担proton的人驾。

看公寓单位亮不亮灯来衡量住户率哦…难道你不知现在昼夜颠倒,白天在家休息,晚上出外赚的夜猫子多多吗?…不信,就去满嘉乐问下还买到80万以下公寓单位?一百万的都不见得找到咯!白天别发白日梦咯,面对现实呗!:)

这是现在我国房产的真实写照。
人人都以为房产不会跌,炒房实没有走鸡,这真正就是泡沫的起因。
一切以房产不会跌为逻辑,完全不靠量其他关键的因素例如收租率、供需量、还有就是人口的增长是否赶得上房产的供应等等,以及国家甚至全球经济的行情,都是必须考量的因素。
我问你一个很简单的问题,以现在的建筑科技与工艺,是起楼快还是生baby快?
