Intrinsic Value is always controversial. It is approximately correct only n not 100% correct. DDM, DCF, Graham Numbers, Book Value, NTA, etc are all from d financial statements. These are all tangibles value. How about d intangibles Value? That what Uncle Buffett learned later parts, from Lord Keynes his investment ideas. Nowadays intangibles Value are goodwill, brand name, patent, franchise, etc as u name it. So intrinsic value is tangible n intangible values. Thanks!

there are always assumptions made in determining any stock future value. most important is to review regularly, like quarterly, if the earning and growth as per assumptions made.

Too many assumption in your calculation. If your calculation is correct, then I totally agree the Time Wah is undervalued.
