Talam are lousy contractors. It doesn't matter what name they try to change to. Their construction work is shoddy and of poor quality. It boggles the mind that these charlatans are given large projects with their crap reputation. I know because I own two properties built by them. Friends and family have also experienced their POOR workmanship. I would not touch this counter with a ten feet pole, unless you are planning to get in and out quick. Destined for failure if you hold long term!
