This is Information Age.
Everyone know what is happening to the financial world and what the central bank is doing.
They are moving away from this corrupting system that is aging quickly.
Some people do not know what is happening, and they are slow learner, reject to change, or pretentious.
Some people saw the change and move quickly.
Some people will want to stay sideline and wait to see what will happen.
There is always risk associated with this investment.
