increase salary means pension go up in the future, so u get even bigger problem.

We have a over bloated number of civil servants. Mind you, their salary are not low. 3 persons doing 1 person's job.. Should stop pampering them and let them be on par with private sector in terms of productivity.

if civil servants change career to private, they sure get fainted. At private sector.. 1 person has to do 2-3 persons job.... This year, my boss ''promote'' my job volume, salary remain same. after 1 managed 2 jobs, my Europe boss call meeting for add. task- 3rd can?? wakaka

most or should I say all civil servants are having " tidak apa attitude " type of workers...they don't care a damn afterall work hard or not they still been paid!...agree with chinaman that half of present workforce should be removed!!!!
