CP TEH: falling to new low this week ... so, IS PROPERTY SECTOR bottoming out like most property gurus talking about? Then ... how about buying property-stocks ... and hold?

sounds funny, coming from a day-trader, throwing idea to buy n hold ?
definately NOT ! unless you yourself have bgt n intend to hold, hahaha..

Property sector should be one of the last sector to rebound, after maybe steel, cement,finance, plantations, O&G etc.

Its a trading market, NOT buy n hold time, in my opinion.

just let its supply rot naturally to real demand instead causing more damage by artifical demand curve,gov shouldnt be using limited funds wastage to save unproductive item thats ravage economy,.....construction can go on to build infrastuctive n less wastage jams
