No meltdown lah. U think the army will do this? The leaders now are a new generation n are far smarter n are not responsible for the bloodshed of the older generation.
Everything changes over time. Every country has its skeletons. Turkey - Armenians, US - Red Indians, May Lai ...

PRC is only communist in name, a fake communist. Its system is capitalist. I believe by the time Xi's generation is gone, the new generation could be even more open.
