YES! But it is scary! Because customer service sucks big time. They don't respond but use automated response which does not address the problem. It gives anxiety to customers who have parted with their money before receivng the product. Products are shoddy, returning them cost more money.

Regulators are not helpful. Too many diversions and rigid conditions.

No human interaction for genuine problem.
