Rela is full of under educated personnels. It is more like licensed gangsters organisation protected by law. The country has become a POLICE STATE. It is evident with the presence of auxillary police in all GLCs and even some private institutions. These are desperate measures employed by crooks to protect their interest. Every departments has it's own enforcements units, smh.
