they are just looking for more skilled people to work with them to increase their efficiency and production level.

@Fintec, Chemor is not a remote area. remember YTL Cement? they is a lot of companies operating at Chemor area. from semi-conductor, pharmaceutical to cement company... there is a lot of skilled worker and a lot of people are unemployed. This could be chance for people at Chemor and Ipoh to find job.
