Most if not 99% of Financial Experts, Professionals, Regulators, Bankers, Central Banks , etc ....... AGREED that some form of Guide lines and Regulations is REQUIRED. MOST (> 90%) of the Mobile Phone Users are NOT Financially Sound to know WHAT they are Doing when they "CLICK" on "AGREED" when taking "LOANS/Financing/Margins/Etc" . Protection is NECESSARY for MOST .
