Bloated and wasteful! Our civil service institution is huge burden!

Take JPJ for example! Pos Malaysia can takeover and do the job way way way efficient! I know because this year i renew my road tax and insurance from Pos Malaysia! And it took me only 5 minutes to do all that! Compare to JPJ which usually takes me an hour or more waiting and waiting, getting that negavity vibe from disgruntled JPJ overpaid and over priviliged civil staff!
