In year 2021 we discovered Bplant lands in Tasek Gelugor was undervalue as Scientex paid much higher prices for lands nearby

So now we see Rsawit lands in Kuching Division only Rm1,523 per acre compared to what Naim sold at Rm500,000 an acre

This Rsawit will follow the unlocking of value like Bplant as Sarawak now in hands of pro-active leadership
