Why do MyEg need Iris?...MyEg is 5 times bigger than Iris and is a full fledged Software operator.
Iris keeps talking about chips for passport....But Singapore/Taiwan/Japan/even China manufactured Chips that are far superior and harder to duplicate than those of Iris. Look at your Platinum VISA Credit Card, passport chip are no different than Credit Card ( a little more in expanded memory) but not any harder to duplicate as VISA card

Then, if based on yesterday 5pm The Edge news release : "MyEG & IRIS front runners for NIIS".

If we based on common tender process, seems to be MyEG & IRIS were the 2 shortlisted bidders now.

I think this week they should announce the project award to which company.
