QR numbers expected. IRIS chart today shows EMA Crossover with volume spike

Many times proven already QR matters little; exceptional QR, a counter will go down (coz priced in) whereas a bad QR a counter will go up due to insiders

I usually go in when EMA Crossover with volume spike. Your decisions however

During AGM someone did asked IRIS management about possibility of getting NIIS, they said they can't disclose anything until govt announcement... but multiple 'insiders' before this said that NIIS is aldy signed, sealed and delivered by IRIS.

So now you decide which one you want to believe and strategize your trading plan accordingly.

i think with the volume up today... supported by their director, the qr performance wont affect the share price. it will float around 34-36sen.

Based on my humble opinion. Whenever the director buys or aquire significant ammount of shares eventhough showing bad QR, they are giving you hints and they are trying to save and build their fellow investors confidence in the company.

1. Boost the value of stock
2. The company is showing you guys that they are cash rich company eventhough with bad financial report.
3. Also, the director would like to secure more percentage and more portion for him.
4. reduce market supply and avoid shares being manipulated by sharks/syndicate/etc etc

the one that really makes sense to me.IF what @namawan said could be true. They might have successfully secure the project.

a) the director is ultimately trying to block an acquirer, and increases his future nett worth upon official project award.

Dato Robin Tan is still the second largest shareholder of IRIS. Dr Poh was formerly on the Board of HLFG. His son is now the Group MD of IRIS. Dr Poh's accumulation of stake in IRIS, is logically a sign of "he knows something we don't know officially, yet"
