@ryan_och that was not a failed takeover. the offer document clearly stated that Berjaya's intention was to maintain the listing status of redtone. and in fact i would say it's successful as it reached the unconditional for the offer :)

But I think BJ has definitely done their homeworks when they came out to offer 80.0 sen. When the profits is doubled in, then the current PE is just historical, we need to look at the future, especially for share market, looking forward.
