By technical analysis.
Kanger movement very similar to early 2016. 13 consecutive days close at days highest 0.105 before start the surge to 0.30 in 3 months. Now also 13 consecutive days close at days highest 0.045 before start move. The number of days may be coincidence but important here is their strong desire. 0.15-0.20 is what you can expect.
