A check on CTOS Lite Report reveals that for the year ended December 2017, Bestinet registered an after-tax profit of RM39.52 million on revenue of RM65.58 million. The company had total assets of RM365.44 million and total liabilities of RM317.88 million as at end-December 2017.

As at end-December 2017, it had retained earnings of RM42.56 million. The company paid out RM10 million in dividends in FY2018.

ppfoong : yeah MyEG is like last minute University Project quality, the design outlay looks kinda outdated...still MyEG manage to get 5bil !! valuations?? doesnt make sense lol

I have a friend in Bestinet, their annual maintenance Fees from handling servers & systems for this Foreing workers system is huge, and the migrant workers from ECRL or more future projects coming that needs foreign labor intensive sector will definitely benefit MMAG more, imagine the new eWallet system that is compulsory to handle outflow of Foreign Workers remittance soon, that's huge...so we can deduce that during this Covid - 19 and Post Covid - 19 , MMAG will gain evenly from this deal...

Tomorrow is a huge buy for me since finally MMAG is acquiring Bestinet soon!! Limit Up to RM 2.00

HSIF88: yeahh i believe those huge buy queue is to prevent further drop and possibly profit taking at higher gain tomorrow or maybe this Friday?? normally Friday is sell off day, and since Anuar trying to jeopardize the stock market today, possibly today is a jerk off day due to this political news, so TOMORROW is another Roller Coaster Ride :D :D

Warrant is at a huge discount (RM0.17 current price + RM0.20 exercise price = RM0.37 vs mother of RM1.0. Potential arbitrage of RM0.63). With this new business model coming in, it is an attractive option.

Yes. warrants yesterday got dbt @ 0.41. Today warrants no dbt. We are talking about mother's dbt. PA also got dbt 2 days ago.

Convert warrant need around 2 weeks, i had already call registar , they told me IS MMAG REQUEST extend the warrant convert time, so the warrant many need more time, 2-3 weeks, 2 weeks 1 day just drop 5-10% already enough for you to die

Warrant is selling at discount with upside return of over 100% gain. 0.17 of current warrant price + 0.2 exercise price = 0.37 if you were to exercise the warrant and the mother is being traded at 1.0. The arbitrage opportunity is so huge and I don’t know why nobody notices it and makes a immediate buy call on it. The mother share will have to drop to 0.4 and below to make the warrant sounds reasonable, but for me, I don’t think that the mother share will drop below 0.6 because it’s so hard to push a share up to 1.0 and above & I do believe that the syndicates wouldn’t want the share price to fall to below 0.6. Even if the mother price drops to 0.6, the warrant will still give you a return of close to 50% return. This is only my opinion so make your buy call decision on your own.
