Market cap is small alot of upside.

Vaccine and Glove will go up together, we dont know how long will vaccine be effective? it could be that every 1-2 years everyone has to vaccinate. Coronavirus will be living with us just like HIV and Dengue

wow. Sol dapat MoH order 3.5mil doses kah. What a surprise with condition attached. Sol can make it on time to meet the conditions or not. If by April 2021 cannot fulfill MOH can terminate the Order. Correct?


3. MOH to purchase 3.5 million vials of Vaccine from SOLBIO. The purchase is subject to the following milestones:

i) SOLBIO obtaining the product registration and market authorization of the Vaccine in Malaysia from Drug Control Authority (“DCA”) by April 2021.

ii) SOLBIO shall comply with the lot release requirement in Malaysia.

iii) SOLBIO already hold Type A License under the Poison Act 1952 before the signing of the Supply Agreement.

4. MOH has the right to terminate this Term Sheet Agreement if the Purchase Milestones in Item (3) are not completed.

5. Neither of the parties may make any public announcement or disclosures regarding this term sheet or the agreement without the prior written approval of the other of the parties.

Solution price hovered around 0.20 before vaccines news . NTA only 0.1244. News to supply 3.5 millions Cansino vaccines. Assuming margin of Rm10 per bottle. 3.5 millions bottles only Rm35 million or Rm0.09 per share. After 2021, may not need so many vaccinations. ESOS
conversion to share is only Rm0.20. Need to be cautious.

As of now, nobody knows how long immunity to COVID-19 will last. Some vaccines produce a lifetime of immunity but others — like the annual flu shot — require regular immunizations to provide continued protection.

Thus it's possible we may need to be inoculated every year.

Many were doubtful of Solution resolve to be a vaccine distributor and bottler in the region. This will be an important step for Solution. They have successfully obtained Type A Poison License from the government and have signed with MOH to sell Cansino Vaccine to MOH.

As i said do you know why Pharmaniaga is panicking? because they are not able to monopoly vaccine distribution in Malaysia.

Duopharma from rm1.60 can reach rm4, Pharmaniaga can reach from rm0.99 to rm5.70. most have very limited upside. Now that Solution has been confirmed to be of Vaccine distributor in Malaysia it share price will just go upward

TP RM3.00 still makes it cheaper than other vaccine supplier company in Bursa like duoparhama (rm3.60) and pharmaniaga (rm4.89)

Today will be Vaccine theme possibly big upside towards evening like yesterday
