When I wrote on 1st March 2017, I have indicated that the share price would reach RM0.30 to RM0.40 by the time Q1 result announcement. It was only RM0.17 at that time, and now have reached RM0.315. Probably would rose to RM0.35 few days before result announcement.

Nevertheless, the warrants, WA and WB are undervalued by 6%. Cheaper entry rather than mother share. Expected to rise to RM0.21 if the mother increased to RM0.33 in this week.

will commence from 1 January 2017 to 31 December 2018.

So, the coming 1st quarter earning report will include the above. So, the report should be a profitable one.

I also bought at 0.295 some time ago. Went as high as 0.325 but did not sell. When the strong support of 27970,00 shares at 0.30 was broken, I really panic. Why the operator selling so heavily. I was expecting another money losing quarter results next week. But I held on. Fortunately, it recovered at close at 0.305.

It cannot be the additional listing announcement of about 2 million shares which cause the massive selling today. 2 million shares are considered small amount for penny stocks.

dont ask people can in or out. we should buy share depends on company fundamentals and our confident , if you had loose all your confident than dont keep even a share .This company big player are very rude and cruel they will use all kind of technique to kick and wash you out,so if you lack of confident than it will be a torture for you,we as small player ,all of us everyday is just guessing what the hell is this people will do , but we will not know is that we are correct or not until the end of the show

After I see the QR from here. I feel a bit disappointed. Due to sales by company not much different as compared with Dec'16 QR result.

So that I zoom in and read on their QR report from bursa. http://www.bursamalaysia.com/market/listed-companies/company-announcements/5440161,

I found out some noted we need to concern.
1. GP margin : Both QR around 25%
2. Admin + Selling : Both QR around 20-21%
3. Unrealised gain/(Loss) "000" : Last QR 444, Current QR : (148)
4. Depreciation "000" : Last QR 435, Current QR : 629
5. Current QR got 2 company, Shenzhen Rapid Power Co. Ltd (RCP) & Rapid Resin (RCR)
Which are majority own (i.e.80%) subsidiarries of Rapid Conn (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd (RCC)
This two company play a key role in supplementing RCC current business model, while
engaging in trade of their core products in their respective domestic markets.
(But they just only begun trading in Feb'17, and their incurred loss during this QR is 660K.)

Based on summary, the company still good maintence their GP Margin and admin + selling exp.
Profit decline due to Increase in unrealised loss in foreign exchange, depreciation of PPE and loss on RCP & RCR.

Overall, I feel so comfortable and confident to this company now. I believe that RCP and RCR will bring a good result to us in next quarterly result. cheers.... :)

If ACE and Ahmad Fuzi Bin Abdul Razak can put in tons on money in this counter and becoming one of the substantial share holder sure there is the big thing inside the company currently maybe still not appear out yet ,be patience and confidence sure there will be reward.

Such as peter lynch had said before there are millions of reason this big player selling their share but only one reason they are buying that is they want to Make money!!

maybe they are expected there is a flying color result but for me the result is consider moderate and accepted for first QTR..is very dependable on Rapid Conn in order to boost up the next QTR result..for me i think is ok to hold for midterm.
