I think the show is just beginning.

Soon enough, the big league players and IBs will be covering and taking notice of this stock.

Its has enjoyed a good run so far, and i believe the run will continue. my personal Short term TP 0.35-0.40.

Long term would depend on upcoming QR and further tender wins. Stay tuned.

小弟认为它是未来的一只黑马，虽然目前还是小马，不过正在努力吃粮草已经成长了不少！
小弟为何会对它有兴趣？其中之一就是由亏转盈的公司，在2007年，公司年亏一千五百多万。2008年开始减少亏五百多万。2009年开始公司开始赚钱 - 一百万左右。2010年和2011年大赚四百多万！！！

Priva 科技的业务是提供资讯外包服务及相关方案。目前股价11仙。

在 2009 在完成重组计划后，Privasia 科技（PRIVA，0123） 正式取代艾罗通讯（Airocom）上市于大马交易所。当时被列为GN3的艾罗通讯重组后，产生Privasia科技这家投资控股公司，而艾罗通讯及 Privasia私人有限公司则为旗下子公司。

Privasia私人有限公司是在2001年正式投入运作，其业务主要涵盖3个领域，包括了资讯科技外包、咨询，以及提供内部发展支出管理解决方案（电子投标及电子采购平台）。该公司也建议为WiMAX业者提供管理维修服务 Privasia科技瞄准网络外包商机。

该公司计划使用Airocom作为进军新兴行业的工具，而目前本地的网络营运业者并没有任何的先例，外包其网络基建工程给予第三方。

当年政府已设下目标，在2010年时，放眼我国的宽频服务的渗透率可高达50％，而在截至2008年底的渗透率为21％。Priva就是瞄准这商机，当年我国宽频服务
虽然开始普遍，可是还有很大的发展空间，这几年来我们就可以深深体会到这点。

Privasia 科技也专注在提供系统综合和资讯科技（IT）基建外包服务给予港口和物流工业业者，其客户包括亚洲航空（Airasia，5099，主板贸服股）、西港 （Westports）、全国快邮（NATWIDE，9806，主板贸服股）、大马机场（Airport，5014，主板贸服股）和 Diperdana控股公司。

2010年 Priva 获得由Jalur Lebar Nasional私人有限公司（简称Jalenas）颁发的合约，以便为关丹高速宽频网络1提供设计、供应及装配设备工作，所以预计Priva科技可在接下来的阶段取得更多合约。
根据报道，Jalenas或在其全国高速宽频基建上投资高达10亿令吉，因此，Priva科技有望取得更多合约。

Priva 为了扩充业务版图，计划在2010收购两间公司。当时该公司正与两间公司进行洽谈，一间是从事资讯工业业务，另外一间则是通讯服务供应商。
根据该公司尚未审计的资产负债表，该公司在2009年拥有330万令吉现金。除了上述两间潜在并购公司之外，Priva科技也放眼更多机会，年销售额料增20%！
2009年该公司共取得2720万令吉营业额以及110万令吉净利。
当时该公司的营业额有40%是经常性收入。普瓦尼森期望该贡献可在2010年提高至50%，以及在未来3年内提高至60%。当年该公司持有总值7500万令吉的订单，预计足以让该公司忙碌5年。

Priva 的努力取得了成果，在2011年2月份Privasia 科技获得西港大马有限公司（Westports Malaysia Sdn. Bhd）总值2亿1600万令吉，为期10年的资讯科技（IT）外包服务。Privasia 科技总裁普瓦尼山表示，过去10年，该公司一直加强提供外包资讯通讯科技（ICT）服务的专长。
他说 “这次的外包服务，我们将负责西港资讯科技基建的策划、供应、管理和操作。”
西港公司有信心Privasia 科技将会有效的处理和增强西港公司资讯科技的系统。这项外包服务将会在今年第二季开始，进账将反映在该公司2011财年上。
Privasia 科技也公布2010财年业绩，营业额强稳增长39.4%，报3790万令吉，净利则从106万令吉增长至467万令吉。

2011年3月31日止首季内，该公司的净负债率为0.2倍，现金流约930万令吉。请注意！！该公司在2009年拥有330万令吉现金，两年后的现金流已经高达930万！
除了积极探讨潜在并购对象外，该公司也致力于在区域内争取更多订单。
普瓦尼山披露，截至2011年3月份，该公司的订单总值达1亿9300万令吉，足以忙碌未来10年。
净利劲翻20.45倍！
他说：“我们对现财年抱着乐观态度，冀望通过现有与新客户，继续取得内部增长，达致内部所设的税前盈利增长20%的目标。”
截至2011年3月31日止首季内，该公司取得85万8000令吉净利，比上财年同期的4万令吉劲翻20.45倍。首季营业额也增长53.92%至1000万3000令吉。鉴于2010财年业绩表现标青，该公司也派发每股0.1仙股息，相等于56万令吉。

小弟的第一短期目标15仙，如突破接下来第二目标20仙，再突破第三目标30仙

2011年12月份Privasia科技有限公司已购入Restwise私人有限公司的70%股份，以进一步扩充其资讯、通讯和科技外包服务。

后者是一家资讯工艺租赁公司，收购代价是1令吉。

在一项声明中，Privasia科技称，资讯通讯科技外包领域已经成为其最大收益贡献者，在截至2011年9月30日止首9个月止贡献1800万令吉，或相等于集团收益59%。

Privasia科技的其他贡献则是来自其电子补给和卫星网络服务。

小弟非常看好这项收购活动，Privasia计划融合Rentwise和该集团，并放眼整合成本架构，以透过成本分享提高竞争力，以及受惠于一些大型资讯工艺外包公司成本效益下带动的低资讯工艺设备成本。
这项收购预测在今年首季完成。
在4月26日，Priva 科技发文告拿到 1280万合约，也建议派发0.2仙股息！
