Fundamental means the estimate intrinsic value of the stock based on all publicly available information. Fundamentals dont lie.

I believe the valuation in this case is taking account the future prospects of the company and not just the fundamentals. That aside, there are just too many stock valuation techniques, and everyone's guess is just as good.

1: cause director wanna cash
2: cause director feeling this company is over value
3: cause director feeling this company future don't have any profit on it
4:cause director he wanna drag down the price first then sell high buy low again
5: and more and more etc.. this all so logic.. and the actual why director sell you need wait he report on news or personal ask him :D
