right now it is dangerous to play calls and puts, some IB already stop market making, one macquarie put counter only start market making at the start of the reversal, another call counter not even start market making yet

without the market maker, the puts and calls just depend on retailer perception, instead of becoming calls and puts that tracks the index it become just like any normal counter, supply and demand
