Short term is unfavorable as the disposal loss of subsidiary will have a significant impact to the performance of FCB once it disposed the MIC

Cost of invesment Approx RM4.45M
Proceed from disposal RM 0.36M
Loss on disposal RM 4.09M

the losses will hit to the income statement in Q3 result. assuming there is no change in EPS compared to Q1 result. the result EPS will be drag down 28%(Profit 14m to 10m) caused by the disposal loss

However, in long term that disposing a loss making company with accumulated loss of RM7.38 Solely for the year of 2014 FMIC making loss of RM3.05 million.

The Qtr 4 result is very bright , revenue may be fallen, however the profit margin will become higher as there is no more huge loss making subsi in FCB and the superb performance done by Ares Green Tech is very obvious and well known.

Please correct me if i'm wrong.

I view the sale of loss making co in China ? as good for the future...more so the capital is used for Ares Green expansion as they need about 30M for further expansion as highlighted by someone here before . I do hope Frontken can own 100% of Ares after delisting ......So I foresee it could hit 80M Gross Profit annually in the not so distant future..then u would say buying at 20sen is dirt cheap..........

20sen? Why so many sellers at 19.5sen? I think disposal(USD 90,000) meaning Frontkn desperate for money. Better sell before drop lower. Unlike SKP Petro there is no EPF to buy to support.
