Reference is made to the news articles titled “No more MyEG for immigration processes by 2025” appearing on Free Malaysia Today (FMT) dated 6 February 2023 and “New system likely to hit e-govt firms hard” published by New Straits Times (NST) dated 7 February 2023.



The Board of Directors of the Company (“The Board”) wishes to clarify that the Company has not held any meeting with either Ministry of Home Affairs or Immigration Department of Malaysia of the intention to converge all immigration transactions under the National Integrated Immigration System (NIISe).



The Board will release the necessary announcements in a timely manner to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad should there be any material information which falls under the Main Market Listing Requirements.



This announcement is dated 7 February 2023.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim had confirmed Nurul Izzah's appointment as Finance Advisor to Prime Minister's Office (PMO) and Ministry of Finance (MOF).

Anwar Ibrahim explaining that her daughter duty as his Senior Special Adviser was to revise and monitor the whole Malaysia's government tender procurement to ensure that they were done in Prime Minister's manner.

"I need her expertise to assist me, let me emphasise that she is there to protect and pursue our MADANI agenda of good governance." he told the press at the PKR headquarters here, today.

（八打灵再也7日讯）MYEG服务（MYEG,0138,主板科技组）澄清，该公司董事局未曾和内政部或移民局展开会议，以商讨让国家综合移民系统（NIISe）取代所有移民交易，包括签证、工作准证、护照申请和更新等。

该公司今日针对英文媒体《新海峡时报》发表题为“新系统可能会严重打击电子政务公司”及《今日自由大马》发表题为“移民局于2025年时不再需要MYEG服务”的报道，做出上述声明。

声明指出，任何关于主要市场要求的资讯，董事局必定会及时向大马交易所做出汇报。

移民局总监拿督斯里凯鲁日前接受新海峡时报专访时说，所有与移民局相关的事务，包括现在被外包的MYEG服务，预料会在2025年时回归该局，并由新的NIISe系统取代所有移民局交易。

有关消息也令到MYEG服务（MYEG,0138,主板科技组）股价遭受重创，今早开盘狂泻31.41%或30仙至65.5仙。
