MD: DGB Asia to reward shareholders Friday, 24 April 2015
KUALA LUMPUR: DGB Asia Bhd will reward its shareholders after achieving its business target this year, said managing director Datuk Dr Jacky Pang Chow Huat.
In a statement yesterday, Pang said the shareholders were confident in the company and its management.
“The rights issue was oversubscribed by 26% and this showed that the shareholders who subscribed to the excess shares saw the value of the company’s rights which came with free warrants,” he said.
He said the company’s financial report also showed healthy performance and would be better when the proceeds from the rights issue were fully used to expand regional business.
According to Pang, the company recently teamed up with Rofarez Solutions Sdn Bhd to distribute, implement and service cloud-based business solution products to various business sectors.
