Maximun, that means masuk own pocket. Cos he's using public Co funds ie from the cancellation of share cap and subsequent rights issue to buy his own private Co. Buaya, but that would also mean the more reason why he should pump up the share price when the right time comes. But meanwhile, the share price shall continue to be depressed first.

Maximun, we can never be able to get the lowest price but i don't think it has dropped enough but shall keep tab on the progress of the equity restructuring. Just be patient cos every 1 sen counts for penny stocks like this. Gotta be careful not to buy at high level. Let it consolidate first whilst punters out there take time to digest the corporatenews. They won't like this.
