The quarter results etc. look fine enough. But for some reason this counter isn't moving. Is it a general trend where investors are avoiding financial counters? Going to keep OSK in mind. The downside risk appears minimal, unless if some shocker is announced. When sentiments change, a 30-40 sen capital appreciation should materialise.
Beautiful results last quarter. gross EPS incr 3 times from last year. OSK Property shares matter resolved. PJD: Offer2 PJD now still pending. Prpopsal for Warrants n Bonus 18/12. Can wait for some action.
all chairmen/presidents never retire; and they seem to live out long lives. if they are generous then good for the shareholders forever. if they are not generous, sad for shareholders forever. Some companies give ten-course lunch; others give hotel and KFC vouchers. OSK is supposedly first tier property counter; and that is all.
It is untrue to say that OLH not rewarding shareholder . Just look at the reality : year after year after year, without fail there is always something for the shareholders, even in supposedly "bad years" we still get rewarded with Treasury shares ! Please check it out yourelf :
OLH doesn't allow ppl to push up OskH price bcoz he wants to collect Warrant at 0.30 and below. After he filled his warrant quota, he will push up OskH price but he will Not let any contra players to make money out of him. You see ---he is worry about alot of things.
jjchan, I am a bit perplexed. If OLH's cash position is tight, how can he be already so rich? If you don't think he can accumulate a lot of warrants, why you say 'still want some more'.
Most of his fund in his mother trust account already used up to buy OskH so unless he has cash stashed somewhere...........how to buy more unless the price is much lower. He no longer block warrant price going up but just Q to buy lower
OLH is taking back Osk Plaza from RHB (kicking my remisier to Subang Jaya this month). I think OLH is going to start building his Dream "Condo + Office" next year called The Maira--- most likely the MOST EXPENSIVE condo near KLCC Don't worry it wouldn't be ready atleast in 5 year time. Now One room condo sell at RM700,000 (near this area) just good for my Dog and me
Hi osk team. If I not mistaken. Osk latest report shows profit increase 592%. But why share price keep dropping like hell one. Is it my information wrong or what happened ?
The dateline for PJD to achieve public shareholding spread requirement is on 6/3/16. As the major shareholder, it is up to the decision of OSKH. Will OSKH inject its development lands into PJD or it will make another general offer to privatize PJD?
If OLH had wanted to privatise PJD, he would have done that during that exercise period. In order for PJD to achieve public shareholding spread requirement, OSKH has to distribute some PJD shares to her existing shareholders. Let's wait for the 4th quarterly announcement of OSKH's financial results. (Or OSKH will have to plead for extension of time.)

why the company have share buy back but only at very small volume , 1000 units for the last 2 week
